RESNA 2010 will be held at the luxurious Red Rock Spa located 14 miles from the McCarran International Airport. The meeting space is conveniently located steps from the sleeping rooms that feature wired and wireless capabilities. To top it all off, the meeting areas overlook the three-acre backyard pool or the majestic Red Rock Canyon and take full advantage of natural lighting

There is a $35.00 charge required per room, per night for triple occupancy and $70.00 per night for quad occupancy.  The cut-off date for making your reservation and receiving the discounted group rate is May 27, 2010.  After this date, the hotel will take reservations on an availability basis and the rate could be higher.

Please Note:  One night room and tax will be held as a deposit at the time of booking.  Upon arrival a credit card will be requested and authorized for room, tax, and $100 per day for incidentals.  At the time of check out/departure, the deposit will be credited toward the final bill and the remaining balance will be charged, any left over authorization will be released back onto the card used at the time of check-in. 

 

Travel

Most airlines provide service to and from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.  RESNA does not have a discount program with any of the airlines.
