Graph depicts the speed and accuracy
of text entry using an onscreen keyboard. Speed was measured in words per minute.
For speed, the graph indicates that fastest performance was associated with velocity
mode at 2 words per minute, followed by hybrid mode at 1.8 words per minute,
position mode at 1.7 words per minute, and finally switched joystick mode at
1.4 words per minute. For accuracy, the graph indicates that velocity mode and
switched joystick mode were both associated with accuracy of approximately 80%,
hybrid mode was associated with an accuracy of nearly 60%, and position mode
was associated with an accuracy of nearly 55%.
