Melissa Campbell has joined RESNA as Certification and Education Manager. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the certification industry. Prior to coming to RESNA, Melissa was the Manager of Certification Program Development at the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies, where she developed high-stakes certification exams and experience criteria for engineering technicians.
Melissa has experience in recruiting and training volunteer subject matter experts to participate in item writing and job analyses tasks for certification programs. She has facilitated workshops to conduct job-task analyses, write and review examination questions, and determine examinations’ passing cut-off scores. In her personal life, she is a passionate photographer.
"I am excited to be working with the important body of knowledge represented by RESNA’s ATP and SMS exams," said Melissa. "I look forward to working with RESNA’s volunteers to uphold the credentials’ validity, fairness, reliability, and legal defensibility, and to provide a variety of education opportunities to serve the AT industry."
