On Friday, September 25, USA Today published a supplement about assistive technology in select media markets across the country. RESNA was approached by Media Planet, the supplement's publisher, to participate.
Executive Director Michael J. Brogioli submitted a short article, "Expanding Access to 'Assistive'," which discusses how many people who do not consider themselves to have disabilities use assistive technology all the time, and how the rapidly changing pace of technology innovation is good for all of us. Read the article here and let us know your comments and feedback.
The supplement was published in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Phoenix, and Boston and distributed through USA Today. All of the articles are now posted on Media Planet's website.
