If you attended the 2011 RESNA/FICCDAT conference and would like to evaluate the courses you attended to receive CEU's, please log in using the log in on the top right of the screen.  On "My Home Page" click on "Update My Profile".  Finally click "Survey for the RESNA 2011 Annual Conference". The link to evaluate the conference will be available for one year.

If you registered for another conference at FICCDAT but attended RESNA courses and would like to receive CEUs, please email your registration confirmation to Dawn at dpaulson@resna.org.  We must add you to our database in order for you to gain access to the online evaluation process.
