The Assistive Products International Seminar organized by ISO Technical Committee 173 Assistive Products and hosted by Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), takes place Thursday May 10th, 2018, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya.
RESNA's Wheelchair and Related Seating Chair has joined this group
The ISO WG11 Wheelchair Seating Standards group is in Nairobi, Kenya, in conjunction with the ISO/TC 173 Assistive Products for Persons with Disability standards meetings. Delegates from Italy, Japan, Australia, Denmark, Kenya, Tanzania, and the United States participated in the seating-specific work, and close coordination is ongoing with the RESNA WRS standards committee in the U.S.
