The Student Scientific Paper Competition (SSPC) is a storied RESNA program which is held annually in conjunction with the Annual Conference. Full time students in either an undergraduate or a graduate academic program are encouraged to submit an original scientific paper describing their research in any area of assistive technology.. All submissions are reviewed and scored by a panel of reviewers who are experts in areas relevant to its topic. With more than $1,000 available in cash prizes for finalists and runners up, plus free RESNA student membership, conference registration, and poster hall presentation opportunities, the SSPC is a popular program amongst Assistive Technology students.
The excitement for the 2022 SSPC has been ramping up, and RESNA is pleased to announce the 2022 SSPC winners and runners up.

The 2022 SSPC is proudly sponsored by the RESNA Founders Fund (RFF). The main purpose of the RFF is to financially enable RESNA to continue its leadership role, focusing on support of new initiatives that will assist RESNA in addressing the challenges of today and tomorrow in the field of rehabilitation engineering and assistive technology.
