- Rehab Week 2025 conference registration: Please ensure you and your fellow presenters are registered for the conference by April 3rd.
- The Speaker Agreement Form: Please ensure you (and your fellow presenters, if any) accept this offer to present your session by signing our on-line speaker agreement by March 31st.
- Conference Session Multiple Choice Assessment Form: . The assessment of learning outcomes via multiple choice (M/C) questions will be used to provide CEUs for all the sessions. Please complete this form and provide us with your quiz questions no later than March 31st.
- Conference Session Room Setup/Technical Requirements Form: If we don’t hear from you regarding your session technical and room setup request, we’ll assume you don’t have any additional requests.

Preparing Your Presentation and Handouts
The RESNA Speaker Team will prepare a PDF copy of your presentation slides as a handout for attendees. RESNA also strongly suggests the use of additional handouts at all presentations. Handouts serve as a source of reference material and a review of the course at a later date. They reduce the need to take notes and serve as supplementary material. Handouts should supply the attendees with additional up-to-date information and/or material too lengthy or complex for note-taking during the presentation. All handouts will be provided in a digital format on the mobile app for onsite attendees.
Handouts may include (but are not limited to):
- Outline of presentation
- Charts, diagrams, and check lists (provided they meet the instructions noted on the preceding section under “Presentation and Session Guidelines”)
- Bibliography of related references
- Glossary of terms
- Copies of articles from newspapers, journals, etc. (provided they meet the instructions on the preceding page and a copyright release has been obtained as appropriate)

Important dates:
- March 31st: Please ensure you sign the Speaker Agreement form and complete the conference session multiple choice assessment form. Please turn this in today – it takes less than 10 minutes!
- April 3rd. The early bird conference registration will pass after this date.
- April 25th: : Please submit your presentation slide deck to the Dropbox folder by this date.

You should have received an email from speakers@resna.org with your presentation details. Please let us know if you have any questions.
- My PowerPoint is too large to submit via email, how can I share this with you?
We recommend using wetransfer.com or a Dropbox account that we can download from, should you have one to use.
